Kindness and a Giveaway

I was extended a very generous kindness today with the explanation being that it was "Random Act of Kindness Day." Whether it is official or just celebrated by that person, it was a wonderful surprise!

In an effort to share the love, I'm going to give away one of my Bead Crochet necklaces or bracelets.

18" Necklace with Size 8/0 Seed Beads

20" Necklace with Size 6/0 Seed Beads -The Silver Beads have a more 'pewter' look rather than so shiny as it appears.

  2. Several years ago, when my special needs daughter was young and needed alot of my attention, my boss convinced management to change my job to part time WITH BENEFITS, which was unheard of at this place. I'll always be grateful to him for that!

  3. I think the nicest thing anyone ever did for me was when I was stopped on the side of the road with my motorcycle on the phone and so many people stopped to ask me if I needed help. I was ok, I just needed to stop and use the phone. It was nice to know that there are those out there that still will stop to help someone in need.

  4. Hi Mindy..I don't have just one nice thing that someone has done for me..So I think I will tell you the most recent nice thing that someone did for me..I like random acts of kindness. I think it is contagious..I digress..I was at the drive thru at Crispy Creme donuts, ordered a dozen, pulled up to pay for it, and the lady said that the car in front of me paid for it. So I gave her 10.00 and said to pay it foward..I am wondering if everybody that day got free donuts, and how many people paid it foward..Isn't life grand? Hey I keep telling myself I am going to learn to do the bead thing..I even have the stuff to do it..you should teach me!! Blessings to you.
